How?

From the airport of Cagliari take the train to the bus station of Cagliari ( ARST). Once here, catch the bus 129 that connects Cagliari to Pula.

The distance is about 35km and it takes about 1 hour. The bus offers a comfortable ride in air-conditioned buses. You can relax and enjoy the views. The bus operates on a regular schedule, but it's always a good idea to check the timetable in advance to plan your departure accordingly.

Once you arrive in Pula, get down at the last stop, near Crai supermarket and follow the indication we gave you. Our B&B is at 10 minutes walking from the bus stop.

From Pula, is it possible to reach the major tourist attractions such as Nora, Cagliari, Barumini, Chia, and Teulada beaches?

Absolutely yes!

The bus network in Sardinia is called ARST (Azienda Regionale Sarda Trasporti) and provides connections to various destinations across the island. Here's some information on reaching these attractions by public bus:

 

Cagliari: To travel from Pula to Cagliari, you can take a direct bus. The journey takes approximately 1 hour. There are frequent departures throughout the day.  The bus stops at the bus station which is in the heart of Cagliari. From here you can easely reach the capital city's cultural attractions, historic sites, and vibrant atmosphere by walking!

 

Chia: Chia is renowned for its beautiful beaches and stunning coastal scenery. To reach Chia from Pula, you can take a bus operated by ARST. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. The bus will drop you off near the beach area, allowing you to enjoy the sun, sand, and crystal-clear waters.

 

Teulada beaches: Teulada is known for its picturesque beaches, such as Tuerredda and Porto Tramatzu. To reach Teulada from Pula, you can take a bus operated by ARST. The journey takes approximately 1 hour. Once in Teulada, you can easily access the beaches either by walking or taking a short taxi or shuttle ride.

 

Barumini: Barumini is home to the UNESCO World Heritage site of Su Nuraxi, an ancient nuragic village. While there is no direct bus from Pula to Barumini, you can take a bus from Pula to Cagliari. From here you can join a touristic tour including guide and transfer.

 

It's important to note that bus schedules may vary, so it's advisable to check the ARST website or local bus stations for the most up-to-date information on routes, timetables, and fares.

 

Do not forget that at our bed and breakfast you can rent a bike for short distances or rent a car for a few days.
